Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan Romano, basil, parsley, oregano, egg, Parmesan Garlic Seasoning, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened and onions are translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and ground pork. Let it brown, then break it up and season with Heath Riles Beef Rub, herbs, and garlic. Cook until fully browned.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and pizza sauce. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Add noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, Parmesan, and more meat sauce. Repeat layers until the dish is full, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
  6. Preheat grill or pellet smoker to 350°F. Cover lasagna with foil and cook for 30 minutes covered, then remove foil and cook for 30 more minutes uncovered.
  7. Remove from the grill and rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
